Abei Energy is seeking a bilingual Project Developer to spearhead renewable energy projects primarily in Germany, while based in Spain. You will be responsible for scouting land, negotiating with landowners, and overseeing the complete development cycle of solar and BESS projects.

This hands-on role requires a solid understanding of the solar development process and a willingness to work in both Spanish and German markets, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

Formación

• Experience in renewable energy project development.
• Ability to work across different markets (Spain and Germany).
• Strong networking skills with landowners and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and originate new project opportunities in Germany.
• Negotiate land purchase or lease agreements with landowners.
• Lead M&A processes and prepare Non-Binding Offers (NBOs).
• Analyse land restrictions and site suitability for solar and BESS.
• Manage grid connection applications and permit processes.
