Thomson Reuters is seeking a Product Support Associate I for our Madrid office. You will help customers resolve questions about our software using chat, phone, and Case Management System, and you will troubleshoot invoice issues while guiding users through Pagero’s services.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, plus a passion for technology. We offer a hybrid work model with 2-3 days in the office per week, flexible work arrangements, and emphasis on career development.

Formación

• Completed upper secondary education; post-secondary education in systems science, IT or technology is a merit.
• Strong interest and understanding of technology.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers resolve questions related to our software via chat, phone, and Case Management System.
• Investigate invoice issues and troubleshoot customer cases across varying difficulty levels.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and guide customers through Pagero’s services.
