An established industry player is seeking a Bilingual Personal & Project Assistant to join their close-knit team in Barcelona. This role involves managing various administrative tasks across multiple properties, ensuring smooth office operations, and facilitating personal needs for a distinguished family. Our client, a distinguished Family Office, is currently looking for an organised and responsible Bilingual Personal & Project Assistant, to join their team. This role will be undertaken from the Family Office in central Barcelona and will also include coordination of the office.

Candidates will ideally speak English / Spanish / Catalan. A relevant University degree and proven experience in administration, is also a prerequisite (preferably in a Private Family Office). They must be able to manage standard Tech (Microsoft 365, Excel, Slack, etc.) with ease and be numerate, adept at managing Excel and budgets.
The ideal candidate will be organised, discreet and pay exceptional attention to detail. They will be open minded and enjoy working in a close-knit team. Utmost discretion and strict confidentiality are paramount for this role.

Salary - Dependent on Experience
Timetable - Normal office hours - however flexibility required
