Job summary

Avedo GmbH in Palma, Spain seeks a call center agent (m/f/d) German speaker with English skills to join our team. You will provide phone support for technical issues and handle service requests with a focus on customer satisfaction.

This is a permanent, full-time or part-time role with a fixed salary from day one plus a performance bonus. After training, you may work from home (Canary Islands excluded). Service hours are Mon-Fri 8–17, Sat 8–12.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of German and English.
• Strong communication skills and service mentality.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support for technical issues and hardware troubleshooting.
• Complete service requests.
• Reporting on incidents and service requests.
