Our client, a prominent British Private Equity firm with global reach, is currently looking for an experienced Bilingual Executive Assistant to support their Head of Investor Relations (Partner).

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must have a bilingual level of English / Spanish and a relevant University degree. A solid grasp of standard Tech and applications (Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, CRM software, etc.) is required. It is essential that candidates hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience - financial services desirable (global investor relations will be viewed favourably).
The ideal candidate will be comfortable and capable of working in a dynamic environment, taking last minute changes in their stride. They will be able to forge a relationship built on skills and trust and the boundaries required. Proactivity and a low ego approach are essential for this position. As this is a parental leave, it’s essential the chosen candidate can “hit the ground running” and work with limited guidance.
Salary: Circa €50,000
Timetable: Full-time (generally 9-18h but flexibility to occasionally start earlier and work later depending on coverage).
Incorporation: May 2025
Contract: Parental leave (circa 6 months), potential opportunity of extension dependent on demand.
