Roche is seeking a Data Analyst to bridge complex business challenges with technical data solutions. You will profile, analyze, and govern data products while owning their end-to-end lifecycle and visual performance management for dashboards.

You will collaborate with Data Domain Leads and engineers to ensure high data quality, scalable contracts, and dashboards that empower Data Scientists, BI experts, and senior leaders to unlock value from Roche's data assets.

Formación

• Ability to profile, extract and analyze data using SQL and Python.
• Ensure data integrity, security and validation across data products.
• Build and maintain dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Data Profiling & Requirements Translation: Use SQL and Python to extract and analyze data, translating business rules into analytics specs.
• Integrity, Compliance & Quality: Ensure data products meet data integrity and security standards and define acceptance criteria.
• Data Exploration & Discovery: Conduct deep-dive exploration with stakeholders to assess data viability and quality.
• Collaborative Data Modeling: Contribute to conceptual and logical data models with DPO and architects.
• Standardization, Contracts & Lifecycle Documentation: Maintain data contracts, dictionaries, and metadata for consumers.
• Performance & Visual Management: Design and monitor dashboards and report data quality KPIs and adoption.
• Maintenance & Support Management: Lead incident management and coordinate with engineers for hotfixes.
