• Perform administrative tasks based on customer requests.
• Manage day-to-day operations and produce reports.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Perform administrative tasks per customer requests.
• Manage customer staff actions and report events to management.
• Collect data and compile operation reports.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in large facilities.
• Produce reports and other communications as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer satisfaction to existing and potential clients
• Timely communication with stakeholders when there are issues they need help with
• Verbally communicate with people you see on your computer screen using two-way communication tools
• Communicate with customers and related parties via phone and email

Requirements:
