Key requirements

• Experienced in management consulting within IT Strategy, Transformation, or Operations projects.
• Skilled in managing functional analysis activities.
• Strong ability to develop hypotheses, build business cases (both quantitative and qualitative), and design potential solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning and coordination capabilities with local teams and C-level management.
• Proven ability to build effective networks with local teams, elevate issues to the team/C-level, and ensure adoption of Group-defined guidelines.
• Experience in managing and coordinating vendors implementing local solutions, while liaising with Group stakeholders for the deployment of core solutions (e.g., SAP ERP, Zuora Billing).
• Solid functional and process knowledge of the tech/software industry.
• Experienced in managing workstreams in a consulting environment.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• More than 3 years of professional experience.
