Holded, based in Barcelona, is seeking a high-energy Customer Support Specialist for the Spanish-speaking markets to join our Customer Success Department. You will provide incredible support to clients, educate users on Holded tools, and work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams.

The role requires a native Spanish speaker with fluent English, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, solid accounting knowledge, and a proactive, digital mindset to learn quickly and improve the

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or similar)
• Strong knowledge of accounting and/or finance
• Experience as an Accountant and/or in a Big 4 or similar
• Experience in a SaaS company
• Spanish native speaker with fluent English
• Digital native with quick learning ability
• Proactive attitude and teamwork oriented

Responsabilidades

• Provide incredible support to clients by solving accounting-related questions promptly
• Educate users on how to manage their business with Holded tools
• Proactively identify issues before they arise
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams
• Keep track of client feedback and suggest improvements
• Ensure best-in-class service for customers
• Help build the Customer Success brand across the organization
