If you have a strong foundation in Java or Python, experience with distributed data processing and analytics frameworks like Apache Spark, and platforms such as Databricks, love technology, and enjoy continuous learning, we want to meet you! You’ll be part of an agile, cross-functional team working on data-driven products, innovative solutions, APIs, and more in a cloud environment (MS Azure).

Here's a little taste of your challenge :

• Create solution designs and deliver complete functionalities from backend to frontend, focusing mainly on backend but also engaging in other technical areas depending on project requirements.
• Work in a complex, sensitive environment, gaining relevant functional and technical knowledge about our products, platform stack, and architecture.
• Monitor application performance, operability, robustness, resilience, data privacy, and security of services and systems.
• Coordinate with component owners to agree on technical implementations and estimate effort.
• Implement, test, and demonstrate new product features within an agile process.
• Develop complete functionalities including backend and user interfaces.
• Improve usability, performance, and quality assurance through bug fixes and test automation.

What do we expect from you?

To succeed at Webfleet Solutions, a passion for software engineering, product building, and system tweaking is essential. A proactive, 'getting things done' attitude is crucial, whether implementing features, fixing bugs, or solving problems collaboratively. It’s beneficial if you have :

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with big data processing tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, and skills in optimizing data pipelines.
• Understanding of ETL, Delta Lake, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Interest in working within an international organization, collaborating across locations with engineers, architects, and partners.
• Strong communication skills, systemic thinking, goal orientation, quality focus, problem-solving abilities, and at least 6 years of professional software development experience.
