The Opportunity

As a Bullhorn Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering key product features. You will work closely with key users, Kube directors, and internal HQ Bullhorn teams to provide direction, guidance, and support. The role requires in-depth product knowledge and an understanding of workflow and feature relationships.

This position involves gathering requirements, managing development projects, and ensuring that the Bullhorn CRM system aligns with the company’s strategic goals. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, drive product improvements, and facilitate adoption of new features.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Review and curate input from key users, directors, internal Kube HQ stakeholders, and the competitive landscape regarding existing features, functionality, and gaps.
  2. Engage with key users at a strategic level to understand their initiatives and how Bullhorn products support their goals.
  3. Define both the short- and long-term vision for a feature set and establish key results to align the organization.
  4. Collaborate with CRM and BPM departments as well as Bullhorn Tech Support to resolve issues during maintenance, design, and implementation.
  5. Participate in meetings with key users to validate UX for new features or offerings.
  6. Write clear and compelling product pitches that capture strategy, rationale, and approach, backed by supporting data.
  7. Develop release documentation and train cross-functional teams on new product enablement.

Your profile :

  1. Eager to learn about Bullhorn flows, custom objects, API, data models, reports, and dashboards.
  2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple interlocutors and internal audiences to gather information, discuss requirements, and articulate roadmaps.
  3. Experienced in managing development projects from start to finish — gathering requirements, defining release plans, building specifications, collaborating with teams, and handling internal and external communication.
  4. Comfortable working closely with internal audiences (Management, Sales, Admin Support) to articulate product progress, benefits, and roadmap.
  5. A self-starter and accountable — you take initiative, ask the right questions, meet deadlines, and maintain clear communication.
  6. A team player who thrives in a culture where priorities shift and where you will wear multiple hats.
  7. Fluent in English and either French or Spanish (ideally all three).
