Job Purpose

We are seeking a Bid Support Administrator responsible for UAN (Unique Approval Number - vendor special prices) creation in our system based on vendor documentation. This ensures special conditions are visible to our sales force and customers. The role is crucial for meeting daily SLAs and maintaining quality to prevent profit loss.

Responsibilities
  1. UAN creation in our system (65%)
  2. Review vendor documentation prior to UAN creation (30%)
  3. Basic database maintenance (5%)
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic clerical and data entry skills
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in English (preferably)
  • Ability to work under stress and pressure during high workloads and deadlines
