Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager, Solution Management

Business Area: Production & Solutions

Position Reports to: Solution Development & BI Director

Location: Ebiquity office workspaces available. This role can be performed remotely from any European country where Ebiquity operates and where the applicant has the right to work; including UK, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and Bulgaria.

Purpose of the Role: At Ebiquity, we are world leaders in Media Investment Analysis, working with 70 of the top 100 global advertisers to help make effective and responsible advertising decisions. The Production & Solutions division focuses on building, optimizing, and operating innovative and scalable solutions that provide valuable insights and analysis to our clients. As Business Intelligence Manager within the Solution Management team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to drive automation in BI and reporting operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BI Development & Maintenance
2. Develop and maintain BI solutions and analysis used across the business as a key platform for data analysis and insights delivery.
3. Manage requirements and timelines for custom BI development and standardized data solutions.
4. Work within an Agile Scrum framework to deliver incremental BI developments.

1. Team Management
2. Lead, manage, and coach team members to work effectively, efficiently, and collaboratively.
3. Serve as a leader and escalation point for operations and projects, providing direction on team involvement and capabilities.
4. Manage team resources across projects and developments.

1. Process Management & Optimization
2. Implement the strategic vision of Production & Solutions in collaboration with the Solution & BI lead.
3. Collaborate with other leaders to support operational efficiency through processes and tools.
4. Lead innovation in team development, operational processes, tools, and workflows.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• At least 3 years of experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Experience with data management platforms for transformation, modeling, and analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills and database management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for global collaboration.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
• Expertise in data modeling, analysis, visualization, and core data technologies.
• Proactive, innovative, and continuously seeking process improvements.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communicator, ensuring stakeholder alignment and understanding.
