Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager, Solution Management

Business Area: Production & Solutions

Position Reports to: Solution Development & BI Director

Location: Ebiquity office workspaces available. This role can be performed remotely from any European country where Ebiquity operates and where the applicant has the right to work, including UK, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and Bulgaria.

Purpose of the Role: At Ebiquity, a leader in Media Investment Analysis, we work with 70 of the top 100 global advertisers to help make effective and responsible advertising decisions. The Production & Solutions division focuses on building, optimizing, and operating innovative solutions that deliver valuable insights and analysis to our clients. As Business Intelligence Manager within Solution Management, you will provide technical expertise to drive automation in BI and reporting operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BI Development & Maintenance:
   • Develop and maintain BI solutions and analysis platforms used across the business for data analysis and client insights.
   • Manage requirements and timelines for custom BI development and standardized data solutions.
   • Work within an Agile Scrum framework to deliver incremental improvements to BI solutions and processes.
2. Team Management:
   • Lead, manage, and mentor the Solution Management team to ensure effective, efficient, and collaborative work practices.
   • Serve as the leader and escalation point for operations and projects, providing strategic direction.
   • Manage team resources across various projects and development initiatives.
3. Process Management & Optimization:
   • Implement the strategic vision of Production & Solutions in collaboration with the Solution & BI lead.
   • Coordinate with other team leaders to support operational efficiency through processes and tools.
   • Lead innovation in team development, operational processes, tools, and working methods.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• At least 3 years of experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Experience with data management systems for transformation, modeling, and analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills and database management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for global teamwork.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies (preferred).
• Expertise in data modeling, analysis, visualization, and core data technologies.
• Innovative mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
• Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and solution-oriented approach.
