Job summary

HP is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst Intern to join the WW Industrial Print Services organization. You will learn to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to monitor performance and KPIs across products and processes.

You will collaborate with global teams, gather requirements, validate data, and document analytics methodologies while developing your BI and data skills in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field with exposure to databases and data analysis.
• Academic or project work with SQL and/or Python for data extraction or manipulation.
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau from coursework or projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: build and improve dashboards in Power BI/Tableau to translate data into insights.
• Data Gathering and Analysis: collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Requirement Gathering: work with stakeholders to translate needs into dashboard/report requirements.
• Dashboard Maintenance: monitor dashboards and perform data validation and quality checks.
• Documentation: document data sources, methodologies, and dashboard specs for reproducibility.
• User Support: help users interpret dashboards, reports, and metrics.
• Continuous Learning: develop BI and analytics skills by learning new technologies and trends.
