Job summary

Mática Partners is seeking a BI Consultant / Data Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join a long-term project at a multinational client. You will explore client data, configure Genie to interpret it correctly, and validate outputs to ensure they align with business needs.

The role emphasizes strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with Databricks or similar cloud platforms, plus an international team environment and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in BI or data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data models (star schemas, joins, granularity).
• Experience creating reports, data models or analyzing data to answer business questions.

• High level of English for an international team.

We are looking for a BI Consultant / Data Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join a long-term project at a large multinational. The client already uses Databricks Genie and AI agents so teams can query data in natural language. Your mission will be to ensure those answers are correct.

Get to know the client's data in depth. Configure Genie so it understands the data. Make sure what it generates makes sense for the business.

1 to 3 years of experience. Good SQL skills and a solid understanding of data models (star schemas, joins, granularity). Experience creating reports, data models or analyzing data to answer business questions. Experience with Databricks or another cloud data platform (Snowflake, Synapse, BigQuery or similar). Databricks SQL and Unity Catalog are especially valued. Strong analytical skills with large volumes of data. Interest in Generative AI and how agents behave with real data. High level of English, as the team is international.

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI

• Experience with financial or supply chain data
