IESE Business School seeks a motivated researcher to oversee daily studies in its Behavioral Lab, scheduling online and in-lab experiments and building participant pools. You’ll work with faculty and PhD students across departments and assist in AI-enhanced research methods.

Requirements include Spanish work-permit, psychology or related degree, and strong English communication. This is a full-time position based in Barcelona with a one-year contract and potential extension.

Formación

• Work-permit in Spain.
• Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in psychology, psychological research or related fields.
• Experience designing experimental behavioral research studies.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent social and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of AI platforms like ChatGPT/Codex and Anthropic/Claude.
• Full fluency in English with excellent writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and supervise the running of online and in-lab studies.
• Manage online survey panel deployment for researchers.
• Create and maintain a pool for lab-based and online studies, recruiting participants.
• Assist researchers with experiment design, data collection, and analysis.
• Submit and approve participants payment requests.
• Facilitate and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Provide support to participants and researchers.
• Support professors in related experiment activities.
• Engage with AI agents to support academic research.
