Formación

  • Proven experience in real estate, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Fluency in German; Spanish and/or English skills are a plus.

Your responsibilities – With a strong service mindset and leadership drive, you’ll lead the local sales team to success:

  • You will take operational responsibility for the sales division and develop it strategically.
  • You will independently manage exclusive residential properties and guide clients throughout the entire sales process.
  • You will lead and develop the sales team, identify potential, and foster individual strengths.
  • You will leverage your existing network and strategically build new contacts with property owners and prospective buyers.
  • You will proactively develop ideas to drive local market and business growth – both strategically and operationally.
  • As Head of Sales, you not only shape your team’s success – you also play a key role in shaping DAHLER’s brand image in northern Mallorca.

Your profile – What you bring to the table:

  • You have professional experience in the real estate industry – ideally in northern Mallorca or in a leadership sales role.
  • You are strong in acquisition, goal-oriented, and passionate about high-end properties.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, self-responsibility, and a passion for real estate
  • A strong sense for people, excellent communication skills, and leadership capability
  • You work in a structured, self-driven way and enjoy achieving goals together with a motivated team.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written German, and also speak Spanish and/or English.
