Join a leading company as a CX Lean Specialist intern in Montilla, Spain. You'll support the implementation of management systems and apply Lean productivity tools. Location: Narciso Monturiol Poligono Industrial Llanos De Jarata S/N, 14550 Montilla, Spain

Target Audience: Students enrolled in their studies

Type of Practice: On-site internship in Montilla (30 minutes from Córdoba)

Duration: Minimum of 6 months

Remuneration: 400€ per month for 25 hours weekly

Potential for employment contract upon completion

About the Position

As a CX Lean Specialist intern, your main goal will be to support the implementation of the CARRIER management system, applying CARRIER EXCELLENCE and Lean productivity tools (DMAIC) within the factory.

Requirements

Here's what we need from you:

• Enrolled in penultimate or final year of Industrial Organization Engineering or similar
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution for at least 6 months
• Availability to dedicate at least 25 hours weekly
• Minimum English level B1
• Experience applying production improvement tools in projects
• Experience creating group dynamics and communication in events
• Strong learning ability and self-taught skills

Responsibilities

As a CX Lean Specialist, you will actively participate in activities such as:

• Improving manufacturing and logistics processes through productivity projects
• Implementing productivity tools (Visual Factory)
• Applying Shopfloor Management work methods
• Organizing improvement events and facilitating their execution to meet company goals
• Developing documentation for standardization in the factory
