Responsibilities:

• Register orders in the management system (ERP JDE Edwards & SAP4), ensuring reliability as these orders are the basis for customer relationship and production chain initiation.
• Maintain constant contact with the factory planning area and the customer, acting as the link to define availability and delivery dates.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding order follow-up, delivery times, documentation, and modifications.
