Responsibilities

• Drafting informational notes.
• Publishing and updating content on the intranet and the group's website in Spain.
• Supporting the organization of in-person and digital events with employees : web design for the event, invitations, content and speaker preparation, attendee coordination, and liaising with service providers.
• Designing internal communication campaigns and applying them across various communication channels.
• Supporting the company's corporate volunteering development : identifying opportunities, designing activities, recruiting volunteers.
• Preparing presentations and videos.
• Preparing activity reports and monitoring actions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of graphic design.
• Experience with image and video editing software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere).
• Knowledge of social media management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Educational Background

• Student in Double Degree in Audiovisual Communication with Journalism, Advertising and Marketing, Public Relations, or a Bachelor's in Advertising and Marketing.
• Courses in social media management.
