Airbus Helicopters España busca un pasante para apoyar en la ejecución y monitoreo de su plan de transformación. Esta posición permite adquirir conocimientos en estrategias de transformación y gestión de proyectos, trabajando con equipos de diseño, producción y soporte.

Formación

• Nivel intermedio-alto en G-Suite.
• Capacidad para desarrollar scripts a nivel de usuario.
• Conocimiento de tecnologías digitales.

Responsabilidades

• Actualizar el Plan de Transformación y proyectos asociados.
• Generar informes como dashboards KPI para proyectos de transformación.
• Proporcionar apoyo a proyectos específicos dentro del Plan de Transformación.

Conocimientos

Proficiencia en herramientas de automatización de oficina

Desarrollo de scripts

Conocimiento de tecnologías de digitalización

Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters España (AHE) recently defined its new vision to become the leading company in industrial and technological innovation in the rotary-wing market in Spain, establishing itself as a key player in the national defense ecosystem. To achieve this, AHE has launched a company-wide transformation plan currently in execution, focusing on areas such as competitiveness, market, digitalization, sustainability, and more.

The role's mission is to support the execution and monitoring of this transformation plan to ensure objectives related to deadlines, scope, budget, quality, and methodology are met. The successful candidate will work within the transformation office and liaise with all company departments, providing a broad, transversal view of the organization.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Updating the Transformation Plan and associated projects.
2. Generating reports such as KPI dashboards for transformation projects and management dashboards with project metrics.
3. Providing support to specific projects within the Transformation Plan.
4. Supporting the organization of workshops and initiatives led by the Transformation team.
5. Participating in transformation meetings with project teams.

Required competencies include:

1. Proficiency in office automation tools (G-Suite environment) at an intermediate-high level.
2. Ability to develop scripts at a user level.
3. Knowledge of digitalization technologies.

By the end of the internship, the candidate will have gained knowledge in:

1. Defining and implementing transformation strategies and plans in large companies.
2. Applying project management methodologies (WBS, Planning, Business Case, etc.).
3. Using tools to improve management processes.
4. Gaining a transversal understanding of the company (Design, Production, and Support).
