Job Description:

We are welcoming Manufacturing Engineers for an internship at Airbus Helicopters in Albacete, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. Join our engaged team of about 40 engineers from diverse backgrounds in the heart of our operations.

What do we do?

• Assemble and test Airbus Helicopters' rear fuselages and develop FAL/Pre-FAL concepts for governmental programs.
• Analyze and resolve production issues, prevent assembly line impacts, and eliminate recurrence.
• Maintain close contact with shopfloor operators working directly with our helicopters.
• Provide data-driven improvement solutions for the manufacturing process.

What will your day look like?

• Support daily operations within the Manufacturing Engineering team.
• Assist in industrialization processes, linking design data to manufacturing, and collaborating with the design office to influence product architecture.
• Ensure efficient workflows and accurate documentation, supporting change management.
• Apply continuous improvement initiatives to achieve Industrial Excellence goals.

Your Boarding Pass:

• Studying Aerospace or Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to apply digital approaches in industrial environments.
• Curious, rigorous, enthusiastic, and a team player.
• Diverse academic and non-academic backgrounds welcomed.
• Programming and project management skills are a plus.
• Effective communication in Spanish and English; French or German skills are a plus.
