Job Description:

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

• Starting date February 1st 2027 until January 31st 2028
• The selection process will take place from November 2026 to December 2026.

What does this internship consist of?

Together with Nebrija University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge considered to be essential in order to grow into professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a training program, that will allow you to develop the most in-demand skills today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early February 2027, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Challenges and Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Quality Specialist (SCQS) provides adequate support on quality matters: APQP, manufacturing engineering, supplier development, supply chain compliance and maturity status, root causes of quality issues, any deviation from defined industrial targets, quality concerns, etc.

You will act as the point of contact for suppliers for operational activities:

• You will help evaluate suppliers during the bidding phase and contribute to the selection decision.
• You will participate in managing/contributing to supply chain and quality aspects of the contract, being accountable for on-time delivery, quality (and cost, where applicable).
• You will support manage supplier quality approval.
• You will help lead/contribute to new product introduction (NPI), decision-making, and changes to ensure industrial qualification maturity prior to serial production.
• You will help assess supplier capacity, competence, and performance, and contribute to supplier development.
• You will help identify supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation measures.
• You will support developing short-term recovery plans.
• You will help manage complex quality incidents.
• You will support the Supply Chain Quality Manager (SCQM) on supplier quality and qualification topics, Lean Manufacturing, change management, audits and assessments, and technical expertise (upon request).
