Job summary

Airbus Helicopters España, SA invites you to a 11-month graduate internship in Albacete, Spain, developed with Nebrija University to train future aerospace professionals. The program runs from February 2027 to January 2028, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and a competitive study grant.

You will support a manager or team with operational tasks and apply Lean Manufacturing principles while collecting daily data and contributing to continuous improvement within Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautical/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• English: negotiation level.
• General knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in complex and international environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective assistance to a manager or team with operational, planning, and organizational tasks.
• Understand and apply the Lean Manufacturing methodology within the production area.
• Study and apply the Lean methodology to daily operations, understanding shop-floor needs and the industrial excellence roadmap.
• Develop skills to manage efficient workflow and safe execution through daily data collection and deviation analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives alongside the Manufacturing Operations Manager to understand and implement optimization strategies.

Job description

Job Description: Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating. - Starting date February 1st 2027 until January 31st 2028. - The selection process will take place from November 2026 to December 2026.

What does this internship consist of? Together with Nebrija University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge considered to be essential in order to grow into professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a training program, that will allow you to develop the most in-demand skills today.

It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early February 2027, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes).

It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
