Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent level of English and French.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.
• Interest in cosmetics industry and trade marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing trade marketing strategies for European markets.
• Support planning and coordination of trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain to align initiatives.
• Monitor performance of trade marketing activities and provide optimization insights.
• Create marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials for Europe.
