Le rôle implique l'analyse de données, le développement d'indicateurs de performance et la communication avec les leaders de conformité. Le candidat idéal doit posséder un Master en ingénierie ou discipline connexe, avoir de solides compétences en Power BI, ainsi qu'une capacité à traiter de grandes quantités de données.

Description du poste

We are looking for a BDD Business developpment, to join our team in Tétouan.

Activity Description:

• Data Analysis and Structuring

• Define the IB-R BCI monitoring scope in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
• Collect, clean, and structure data to populate the compliance database.
• Ensure weekly updates of the database, in accordance with the update frequency of the MASTER_IB_TABLE_REGULATION.

• Development and Continuous Improvement of Regulatory Monitoring

• Design and implement the IB-R BCI compliance monitoring process, focusing on ongoing improvements.
• Structure and optimize the IB-R tracking file, ensuring integration of data protection rules and continuous structural enhancements.
• Identify the Global and Regional Compliance Leaders (EMEA, North America, South America, China, Asia-Pacific) to be contacted for IB-R monitoring.

• Development and Optimization of Indicators and Visualizations

• Develop detailed specifications including mathematical analysis, formulas for criticality calculation, deviation from objectives, and regulation prioritization.
• Assign appropriate weights to each status and date for a more accurate deviation assessment.
• Restructure data using Power Query and create DAX measures to support analysis.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specific to regulatory tracking.
• Design and continually refine Power BI dashboards for effective and visually engaging regulation monitoring.

• Communication and Coordination with Stakeholders

• Create presentations to communicate the established process to relevant stakeholders.
• Implement regular tracking reports to monitor progress and compliance.
• Establish and maintain proactive communication with Global and Regional Compliance Leaders, Segment Leaders, and other relevant stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

The perfect candidate has the following requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• Power BI, Power Query, Excel, VBA
• Automotive Systems Knowledge (Body, Chassis, Interior, Mechatronic)
• Project Management Skills (Planning, Milestones, Coordination, etc.)
• Strong ability to process large volumes of data and extract meaningful insights
• Communication and Team Collaboration
• Experience in creating digital system specifications
• Good communication in English/ French
