What You'll Do

You will work alongside a bold, energetic, and collaborative team to evaluate and coach clients' technology teams, define strategies, manage quality and risk, and maintain client expectations. You will help design the future by developing and growing through exposure to complex challenges. Interacting with client leadership and BCG Platinion leaders, you will develop advanced digital and technology concepts, architecture solutions, and actively manage requirements and configurations using your technical expertise, business understanding, and analytical skills.

Our clients expect sound advice on IT issues, especially regarding the migration to SAP S/4HANA amidst planned maintenance stops. We aim to strengthen our SAP team to develop superior ERP SAP methodologies, concepts, and solutions, applying your technical and process knowledge.

What You'll Bring

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects, preferably in top consulting firms.
• Strong methodological background with knowledge of SAP rollout procedures like SAP ASAP, Agile@SAP, SAP Activate.
• Familiarity with supporting procedures and tools (template management, solution manager, release management, process modeling), including modern CD/CI environments (Jenkins).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and relevant business solutions for large transformation projects.
• Understanding of hosting alternatives for SAP S/4HANA (on-premise, cloud, RISE, Grow with SAP).
• Overview of modern, data-driven architectures and integration of modules into end-to-end processes.
• Knowledge of SAP products & innovations such as SAP BDC, SAP Business AI, SAP BTI Services.
• Deep understanding of SAP Data & Analytics portfolio.
• Experience managing decision processes at large organizations.
• Ability to align individuals and organizations toward common goals.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication skills in English and Spanish.
• University degree in a STEM or business management field with strong academic performance.
