If you live and breathe performance marketing, understand the mechanics behind scaled ad operations, and can balance execution with vision — let’s talk. What You'll Own Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Define channel-specific media plans and full-funnel strategies to acquire, convert, and retain high-value customers.



Set up robust performance tracking frameworks — from GTM and GA4 to offline conversion import and attribution logic. Manage and grow a team of paid media specialists — building process, playbooks, and growth roadmaps. Analyze trends, run experiments, and identify scaling opportunities across channels and markets. Collaborate closely with Creative, BI, Product, and Revenue teams to turn insights into performance gains. Report directly to the CEO or CMO with clear growth diagnostics and budget recommendations. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has 6+ years in digital marketing with proven leadership in managing Google & Meta Ads at scale ($200K+/month combined). Knows how to think in CAC, ROAS, LTV, incrementality, and can translate data into action — fast. Has a deep understanding of performance mechanics: bidding strategies, audience segmentation, automation, funnel architecture, and creative iteration.



Has led high-performing teams and understands how to coach for both execution and growth. Stays ahead of platform changes, beta programs, and evolving ad ecosystems. Is proactive, accountable, and thrives in high-growth environments where decisions drive results.
