Formación

we are looking for a

Service Support Analyst

to join our team on an international insurance project.

Location: remote from Spain

Description:

This role acts as a bridge between business users, IT, and external vendors, ensuring user issues are resolved efficiently, data integrity is maintained, and business processes are supported end-to-end. The analyst provides functional guidance, technical troubleshooting, and is instrumental in translating business requirements into actionable IT solutions.

You should have experience supporting complex web applications, understanding of business data flows and data quality management, and familiarity with web technologies such as .NET frameworks and Angular.

Additional skills include message brokers (RabbitMQ or similar), authentication and authorization technologies (JWT, NTLM, Azure AD), cloud services management, SaaS platforms, service management tools like ServiceNow, SharePoint user skills, and log analysis tools like Kibana and Grafana.

Nice to have skills include batch data processing and reconciliation experience. Fluency in English (at least C1), ITIL V3 Foundation certification (preferably in Service Management), basic knowledge of Agile methodologies, and a service delivery focus aimed at customer satisfaction.
