PowerCo Battery Spain, S.A.U. is hiring for an Operations role in Sagunto, focusing on the construction of the gigafactory and production of battery cells.

You will operate and monitor production equipment with emphasis on safety, quality and efficiency, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations. The position requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, FP training, and willingness to relocate to Sagunto with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Vocational training (FP Medio or Superior) or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in production or industrial environment.
• Willingness to work in Sagunto and rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor production equipment with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and inspections.
• Identify and report issues; support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics to keep production running.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards (5S).
