PowerCo SE is hiring for a role in Valencia focusing on leading production processes in the battery sector. You will be responsible for planning production equipment, analyzing processes for improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering, has over 3 years of experience in the battery sector, and is willing to travel internationally. PowerCo offers a permanent contract with a competitive remuneration package in a diverse and ambitious work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant professional experience in the battery industry.
• More than 3 years experience in the battery sector.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assigned production process, overseeing planning of production equipment.
• Analyze and evaluate existing equipment and manufacturing processes to identify improvements.
• Ensure adaptation of local regulations for machinery in assigned process.
• Track and report daily technical issues, preparing handover to internal customers.
• Implement modifications and upgrades from product or process changes.
• Serve as interface between cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of machinery.
• Create process standards and prepare for audits.
• Support status of control plans and P-FMEAs.
• Assist in DOE for process parameter adjustments.
• Support failure analysis and root cause investigations.
