Prepare and serve drinks to guests at appropriate times according to standards and needs.
Mix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks based on guest preferences.
Provide customers with vivid descriptions of the origin, flavor, and preparation methods of each item; maintain a working knowledge of liqueurs, wines, beers, armagnacs, spirits, cognacs, and specialty beverages.
Prepare work areas for service.
Perform upselling of products and services.
Ensure guest satisfaction during service, fostering and promoting the creation of memorable experiences.
Handle billing of products and services offered at the bar, including cash counting.
Inform the Manager to update guest profiles with necessary information (complaints, incidents, preferences, tastes, etc.).
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience; training in cocktail specialization courses is a plus.
Fluency in English (B2+ or higher) and Spanish (B2); additional languages are an asset.

Hours: Rotating shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Night)
Salary according to agreement
Temporary contract of 6 months with potential for permanence
