Soho House & Co. Barcelona is seeking a Bartender to deliver warm, attentive service to our members and guests in a fast‑paced, high‑profile venue. You will have strong knowledge of classic cocktails, be able to propose pairings, and work efficiently while following our allergy procedures and SOPs.

Collaboration, kindness and passion drive our team. Fluent in English and Spanish with up to 2 years’ experience in a busy venue is preferred, and you will thrive in a role that celebrates hospitality

Formación

• Up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Experience preparing cocktails and serving in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Providing warm, friendly and efficient service according to our steps of service.
• Following allergy procedure to ensure safety of members, guests and team.
• Possessing strong understanding of drink menus to make recommendations and accommodate requests.
• Efficiently making all drink orders as per specs and timings.
• Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and implemented.
• Running drinks from the bar to tables when needed.
• Verifying the age of guests when needed.
• Reporting and resolving any complaints with hospitality and professionalism.
