Soho House in Barcelona is seeking a Bartender dedicated to delivering outstanding service to club members and guests. You will expertly mix and serve cocktails, leveraging a strong knowledge of drink menus to meet requests in a fast-paced luxury venue.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years of experience in high-profile settings, are fluent in English and Spanish, and excel in teamwork with a warm, friendly approach. We offer team meals, member benefits, and staff discounts.

Formación

• Knowledge of classic cocktails and experience preparing cocktails in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service mindset and reliability.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, friendly and efficient service according to steps of service.
• Follow allergy procedures to ensure safety of members, guests and team.
• Know drink menus to make recommendations and fulfill requests.
• Prepare and serve drinks per specifications and timings.
• Maintain SOPs and cleanliness of the bar area.
• Deliver drinks to tables when needed and verify guest ages.
• Handle complaints with hospitality and professionalism.

As a Bartender at Soho House, your role is to deliver excellent service to create memorable experiences for our members and guests.

Your main focus is to ensure our drinks service is to the highest standard.

As a team we work to go the extra mile, keeping things simple and showing collaboration, kindness and passion in everything we do.

Main Duties

• Providing warm, friendly and efficient service according to our steps of service.
• Following our full allergy procedure to ensure the safety of our members, guests and team.
• Possessing a strong understanding of drink menus in order to make recommendations, pairings and accommodate specific requests.
• Efficiently making all drink orders as per specs and timings.
• Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and implemented.
• Running drinks from the bar to tables when needed.
• Verifying the age of guests when needed.
• Reporting and resolving any complaints and handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

Requirements

A successful Bartender for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You will have strong knowledge of classic cocktails and have experience preparing cocktails and serving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
