Bring at least 2 years of bartending experience, hold a Vocational Degree in Restaurant Management, and demonstrate strong English and Spanish language skills. The position offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a luxury setting.

Therefore, we are seeking a passionate, service-minded Bartender to join our team in Marbella, Spain.

In this interactive role, you will act as a key mixology essential on our rooftop terrace. Specifically, you will prepare signature cocktails, advise guests on beverage choices, and manage point-of-sale transactions. You will combine your technical drink preparation with strict standards of service, stock control, and guest care. By doing so, you will help create memorable dining experiences across every shift.

Your Mission: Mixology Craftsmanship & Warm Hospitality

Your primary goal involves delivering top-tier beverage service across our rooftop Nikkei dining space. To achieve this, you will execute cocktail recipes accurately and provide attentive guest care. At the same time, you will keep the bar station beautifully organized. You will also align your area with strict resort standards. Therefore, you will take beverage orders, handle customer billing, and collaborate with barbacks for swift stock replenishment. As a result, you will eliminate service bottlenecks and protect our restaurant’s reputation for luxury excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Order Taking: Welcome and advise guests on beverage choices. Specifically, take orders accurately and deliver professional service at the bar.
• Cocktail & Drink Crafting: Prepare signature cocktails, mixed drinks, and menu beverages following exact recipe cards and presentation standards.
• Billing & Transaction Handling: Process customer orders accurately. Consequently, manage billing and payment transactions through electronic point-of-sale systems.
• Bar Prep & Equipment Setup: Assist in setting up workstation areas and electronic devices before service. In addition, ensure proper shutdown post-service.
• Stock Control & Replenishment: Monitor available beverage stock continuously. Furthermore, collaborate with barbacks to store, organize, and restock products safely.
• Departmental Alignment: Support department goals and follow critical operational procedures across every shift.

Who You Are: The Skilled & Guest-Focused Bartender

• Proven Foundations: You bring at least 2 years of experience as a Bartender. Ideally, you gained this background in high-end dining or Michelin-level establishments.
• Educational Background: You possess a Vocational Degree (Grado Medio/Superior) in Restaurant Management or similar. Supplemental training in Oenology and Mixology is highly valued.
• The Linguist: You display B2-level proficiency in English alongside fluent Spanish. Knowledge of additional international languages is considered a valuable asset.
• Technical Proficiency: You feel comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office tools for basic tasks. Moreover, you display strong knowledge of mixology and beverage sales.
• Key Competencies: You demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, product knowledge, detail orientation, and teamwork under fast-paced conditions.
