Responsibilities
  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services
  • Create, maintain, and update databases of customers with complete information
  • Consolidate existing customer bases while building new ones
  • Record outbound call histories and customers' responses in detail
  • Ensure customer follow-up at all times
  • Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies for our own products or services
  • Handle customer needs and requirements
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Native proficiency in French and fluent English
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Comfortable working in goal-driven environments and attaining goals with broader teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models
  • Customer-focused and driven to provide exemplary customer experiences
