Scopely is seeking a Data Governance Expert to join Playgami in Barcelona. You will shape and run an enterprise-scale data governance program for the global EDW, guiding policy across Security, Privacy, and Legal without hands-on coding.

You will partner with Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance and data teams to translate requirements into practical governance rules, classifications, access controls, and data lifecycle management.

Formación

• 4 to 7 years of experience in data governance, data management, privacy or related areas.
• Understanding of data security, privacy concepts, such as PII handling, access control, and auditability.
• Experience working with data teams to implement policies in real systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical solutions with technical teams.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Full on-site presence in the Barcelona office (5 days per week).

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of Scopely’s data governance strategy for the global data warehouse.
• Translate requirements into clear and actionable governance policies with cross-functional teams.
• Define and implement data classification, PII handling, access control, and data lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure governance policies are implemented in data platforms.
• Contribute to access governance processes, approvals, reviews, and monitoring.
• Maintain governance documentation, decision logs, and guidelines for transparency.
