Scopely is seeking a Data Governance Expert to join our Playgami team in Barcelona. This role involves building an enterprise-scale data governance program, supporting various teams in implementing governance policies, and ensuring data compliance. We are looking for candidates with 4-7 years of experience in data governance, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with modern data platforms is a plus. Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in data governance, data management, privacy, compliance, or related areas.
• Good understanding of data security and privacy concepts, such as PII handling, access control, and auditability.
• Experience working with data teams to implement policies in real systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Scopely’s data governance strategy for the global data warehouse.
• Work closely with Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and data teams.
• Help define and implement governance frameworks such as data classification and access controls.
