Click&Boat in Barcelona is hiring a Junior Sales Executive to join our Sales Team in Barcelona. You will manage clients interested in booking boat rentals and collaborate with Supply and Customer Care to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for users.

The role involves warm leads, no cold calls, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are expected to negotiate favorable deals with boat owners, apply sales strategies, and accompany customers through the booking process.

Formación

• Fluency in English is required or highly preferred.
• Previous successful experience in customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Team player with initiative and customer-satisfaction focus.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customers' needs and advise on boat searches.
• Find best deals by negotiating prices with Click&Boat boat owners.
