This role requires deep ITIL knowledge and a proven ability to manage releases across multiple environments. You will act as the process gatekeeper between QA and Operations, ensuring sign-offs, documentation, and KPI reporting are thorough, and you will guide continuous improvement in a fast-growing TV tech

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in IT Process/Change/Release Management or related operational roles.
• Proven track record in complex, multi-environment IT landscapes.
• Strong ITIL knowledge; ITIL Foundation or Specialist certificate preferred.
• Deep understanding of Release & Deployment management (CI/CD, rollback strategies).
• Familiar with QA lifecycle and audit processes; sign-offs documented.

Aufgaben

• Own ITIL governance and process ownership; align with business goals.
• Monitor compliance and identify bottlenecks; seek automation opportunities.
• Define, track, and report process KPIs and SLA metrics to leadership.
• Govern Release and Deployment lifecycle; minimize risk and disruption.
• Coordinate with engineering and infrastructure for multi-environment releases.
• Lead Release Readiness reviews and PIRs for continuous improvement.
• Gatekeeper between QA and Operations to ensure entrance/exit criteria are met.
