PDA Search & Selection is assisting a global leader in mini pumps to recruit a Business Development Manager for the Barcelona area. You will drive sales and market share through a wholesale network, targeting key distributors and installers in HVACR, construction, and building materials sectors.

Formación

• Fluent in English is essential.
• Proven track record of selling through wholesaler/distributor networks.
• Experience in HVACR, construction, air conditioning, or building materials sectors.
• Independent worker with initiative.
• Strong commercial insight and sales to wholesalers/distributors.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Regional Manager to closely manage key wholesalers/distributors.
• Identify and target new wholesalers within the region.
• Increase market share by expanding range, merchandising, and training at branches.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and sales meetings as required.
• Monitor stock levels and competitor activity.
• Provide regular training at wholesaler/distributor branches and to installers.
