Veeam is the Data and AI Trust Company, helping organizations protect and optimize data and AI at scale. The Technical Account Manager will architect and manage professional services engagements, focusing on availability solutions, data protection, and analytics, with extensive experience in virtualization, storage, networking, and enterprise applications.

The role requires strong consulting and project management skills, fluent English, Spanish and Catalan, and the ability to travel for on-site

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in technology required; combination of education and experience considered
• Hands-on experience with Veeam's Core products
• Proven Consulting and Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage technologies
• Experience with data management, data protection, and data analytics
• Experience with Data Center, Business Continuity and operating systems; multiple projects/accounts management
• Business proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and English

Responsabilidades

• Provide input to proposals and Statements of Work
• Support delivery implementation and consulting services for Veeam solutions
• Provide project guidance (plans, schedules, communication plans, resource plans, status updates)
• Assist with assessment, design of solutions and post-installation issues
• Assist with effort estimation for Veeam solution implementations
• Create white papers, solution guides, best practices, documentation
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam solutions
• Document configuration and completed activities
• Analyse installed environments and guide optimal configurations
• Facilitate communication between client and Veeam support
• Identify additional needs within the client environment that can be resolved with Veeam solutions
• Provide input for process and documentation improvements
• Overnight business stays to meet objectives
