Integrated Systems Events in Barcelona is seeking a Sponsorship Manager to bring sponsorship activations to life. You will coordinate with sales, creative teams, suppliers, and onsite operations to convert sponsorship commitments into flawless event execution.

Responsibilities include managing BYB inventory, artwork coordination, and onsite installation, with travel across Europe and collaboration across teams to ensure delivery to contract terms.

Formación

• Completed studies in event management or hospitality, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational ability with multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the BYB sponsorship inventory, track availability, and align updates with the Sales team.
• Coordinate artwork specs, approvals, production timelines, and delivery for sponsorship products.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and production partners to ensure timely, quality sponsorship deliverables.
• Partner with Sales, Sponsorship, and Branding teams to ensure assets are captured, tracked and delivered as contracted.
• Oversee onsite delivery and installation of sponsorship assets during build-up and live event days.
