PredictBy is seeking a Finance & Accounting Officer to support day-to-day accounting and financial administration in our Barcelona office. You will work with the Corporate team and external advisers on reconciliations, VAT and tax filings, and day-to-day financial operations.

The role offers exposure to finance processes, ownership of key tasks, and a collaborative, flexible environment with regular home-working and growth as the company expands.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management or closely related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Basic understanding of Spanish accounting and tax processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and good professional level of English; Catalan desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain supplier invoices and expenses.
• Record and review invoices, expenses and other documents; assist in bank reconciliations.
• Support VAT, corporate tax and other tax filings with advisers.
• Assist with monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with external advisers and internal stakeholders to improve processes.
