Factorial is seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to join our team in Barcelona. You will assist across the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial data and supporting reporting processes, working closely with HQ and subsidiary teams to ensure proper setup and alignment with HQ procedures.

You will also support tax-related tasks, assist with payment processing, handle bank transactions, and contribute to automating accounting processes.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, bank reconciliation, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or SAP is a plus (not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily accounting tasks across the full cycle.
• Ensure subsidiaries are properly set up and integrated with HQ processes.
• Review and verify financial data in the ERP system.
• Assist with payment processing and data accuracy across systems.
• Handle bank transactions and reconciliation.
• Support financial reporting and help automate procedures.
• Provide support with tax-related tasks as needed.
• Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with subsidiary teams to align with HQ practices.
• Assist the HQ finance team with additional tasks as required.
