Ink is seeking its first permanent CTO to own technology and engineering from its Poblenou office in Barcelona. You will lead a small team of remote full‑stack engineers, inherit the current architecture, and partner with the interim CTO for a smooth transition.

You will stay hands-on while shaping architecture, AI strategy, security, and product direction. Collaboration with the founder and designer will be essential as Ink scales.

Formación

• Experience leading data-intensive or distributed systems.
• Hands-on architecting and coding across the stack.
• Experience with multi-tenant security and data governance.
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and build engineering leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture for application, data, context graph, AI, security, and infrastructure end to end.
• Lead AI thinking, experimentation, and integration into product.
• Develop agentic workflows for reviews, QA, and deployment; code important parts.
• Own security, authentication, authorization, and tenant isolation.
• Lead people, run standups, manage execution, and hire key engineers.
• Shape the product, talk to customers, and influence strategy and fundraising.
