Position Overview:

As an FPA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial planning and analysis practices at Grupo Fire. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the company's strategic financial decisions and to grow rapidly within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement robust financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
2. Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
3. Collaborate with finance and management teams to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
4. Monitor financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
5. Enhance financial awareness and provide analytical support across all departments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes.
6. Fluent in English and Spanish.
