Overview

The role involves creating a unique guest experience, maximizing financial performance, and promoting the bar/lounge. Responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining standards, assisting servers during peak times, managing liquor inventories, supervising daily operations, and ensuring high guest and employee satisfaction while adhering to budgets and legal obligations. The role also involves training staff and supporting other outlets when needed.

Responsibilities

Supervising Bar/Lounge Operations
  • Implement beverage policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all liquor laws.
  • Manage beverage control, inventory, and costs.
  • Monitor adherence to liquor policies.
  • Achieve or exceed budget goals.
  • Maintain food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Supervise inventory according to budget.
  • Assist with menu development and promotions.
Leading Bar/Lounge Team
  • Train staff on liquor policies.
  • Manage staffing levels for service and operational needs.
  • Ensure staff understands expectations.
  • Communicate event details to staff.
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Gather guest feedback on quality and service.
