Telefèric Barcelona Restaurant Group in the USA is seeking a BAR Manager to lead one of our locations. You will ensure service excellence, supervise daily operations, and control labor and expenses while seeking creative ways to boost revenue and profitability.

You will maintain product quality and cleanliness, coach and develop the restaurant team, and coordinate with vendors to keep inventories at optimal levels in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Visa support is included.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day activities. Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
• Communicates with vendors and supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
